CNC Milling - Vertical and Horizonal
One(1) PFH-4800 Horizontal Machining Center - with two(2) pallets and 80 ATC.
The PFH-4800 is a pallet shuttle system which allows one pallet to be setup while machining is being performed on the other. The PFH-4800 provides high-speed , high efficiency machining with feed rates of up to 2362 IPM for X, Y, & Z axes. The spindle speed is 12,000 RPM. Chip to chip time is 2.2 seconds. Our PFH-4800 is also outfitted with a 4th axis capable of 360,000 positions. Equipped with Mazatrol Fusion 640 CNC control and Renishaw Touch-Probe.
One(1) FH-480 Horizontal Machining Center - with six(6) pallet changer and 120 ATC.
One(1) FH-480 Horizontal Machining Center - with two(2) pallets and 60 ATC
The FH-480 is a pallet shuttle system which allows one pallet to be setup while machining is being performed on the other. Pallet-to-pallet change takes just five seconds, while tool-to-tool change is a mere 1.3 seconds. Equipped with Mazatrol Fusion 640 CNC control and Renishaw Touch-Probe.
The powerful 30 HP spindle drive with 195 ft. lbs. of torque increases productivity immediately. Using a No. 40 taper milling tool, metal removal rates can be achieved at more than 40 cu. in./min. in steel using high torque capabilities, and a blazing 136 cu. in./min. in aluminum with the spindle speed of 12,000 RPM. The top speed can be reached in 1.5 seconds. Our FH-480 is also outfitted with a 4th axis capable of 360,000 positions.
Another outstanding feature of Mazak's FH-480 horizontal machining center is its rigidity. This allows part accuracy and consistency to be maintained anywhere in the machining envelope, with .00004 repeatability, and .00012 accuracy.
